A GAME?? Your team will engage and communicate at an unprecedented level that allows for vulnerability and tension. This is where true evaluation is possible.
The Leadership Game is fun and engaging, yet it challenges the participants to have open discussions about leadership principles and values. It is designed to help leaders uncover gaps and areas for improvement within their leadership teams in a not-threatening way. There is typically a 1.5 - 2 hour commitment for this activity.
